Red Core Consulting's practical services match our consulting abilities - finite-element-analysis (FEA) is available for thermal systems, and where appropriate, experimental studies can be undertaken. Red Core Consulting can design and construct equipment, and has ready access to a full suite of modern fabrication and machining facilities such as water-jet cutting, welding, and CNC multi-axis machining.

In addition to more common thermomechanical procedures, Red Core Consulting can perform cryogenic processing (sometimes called 'tempering'). This process is known to improve the hardness and wear properties of ferrous alloys and some other metals.
